Founder, RP

Mia is a Registered Psychotherapist offering virtual therapy across Ontario. Her work is grounded in attachment-based, relational, and emotionally focused approaches, with experience supporting individuals and couples navigating relationship difficulties, emotional pain, and substance use.

Mia values therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced with care. She works to create a space where clients feel understood rather than judged, and where patterns can be explored with curiosity, depth, and compassion.
