Addiction support group - Every other Saturday from 11:30am-12:30pm

Five friends embrace and watch the sunset in an open field.

If you’re interested, please reach out to schedule a brief pre-group consultation to see if this is the right fit for you.

This group is not psychotherapy. Participation is voluntary, and the space is designed to support your own self-directed goals and well-being.

Description

This group offers a non-judgmental, non-12-step space for adults who want to explore their relationship with substances. Grounded in a relational, harm-reduction approach, the group supports reflection, connection, and choice - whether you’re questioning your use, working toward change, or seeking support outside abstinence-only models.

Who this group is for:

  • People who want a safe place to talk about substance use without moral judgment

  • People exploring moderation, abstinence, or simply self-awareness

  • Those who have tried 12-step programs and want a different approach

  • People feeling isolated, stuck, or unsure about next steps

Who this group is not for:

  • Individuals in acute withdrawal or requiring medical detox (for safety, please consult your medical provider first)

  • Those seeking individual therapy or crisis intervention (referrals can be provided)

What to expect:

  • Drop-in format - no long-term commitment required

  • A supportive, structured space for reflection and peer connection

  • Opportunities to explore patterns, triggers, and coping strategies

  • Clear boundaries and agreements to maintain safety and confidentiality
